Location is good, very close to metro line 3, and the room is comfortable even it’s a bit outdated, and the breakfast is very nice.

Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the Piazza Duomo. Personnel is polite and friendly.

The front desk staff members and porters were so nice and helpful. We were able to check in early which we really appreciated. Even if we hadn't, they would have watched our luggage for us. Luggage hauled to our room for us. They offered tips for restaurants and nearby parking garage that we also liked. Our double room had ample space, a comfy bed, sitting area, mini fridge with free waters/soda. Lots of very thoughtful extras...dental kit, lotions, soaps, slippers, etc. You can not beat the location - five to ten min walk to Duomo and M stops. And there were rolladens! Coming from Germany, we love our rolladens to keep street noise and light out of the room at night. Hotel breakfast and bar services were also lovely. Elevators available.

An absolute pearl in the very heart of Milan! Super friendly staff, classy suites and delicious breakfast to optimize a few days of relax and business meetings literally at 5 minutes on foot from the strategic Piazza del Duomo, Piazza Diaz, Piazza della Scala and the inevitable Quadrilatero della Moda (Fashion District). A total keeper for anyone passing by!

My room was large with with lots of mirrors (!) a very comfortable bed and slightly old fashioned furnishings. Enough wardrobe and drawer space. The curtains also were lined with blackout fabric so they kept the room very dark so I wasn't woken by the light outside. Lovely big bathroom with a bidet- always a bonus.
