Location is good, very close to metro line 3, and the room is comfortable even it’s a bit outdated, and the breakfast is very nice.

Impeccable service, luxurious amenities, every moment was a filled of hospitality—truly a five-star haven that exceeded all expectations. The whole hotel staff from front desk, bell boys, restaurant and bar attendants to the cleaning staff - everyone was unpretentiously nice, welcoming and kind. The breakfast selection was healthy and had a large variety of excellently prepared foods and snacks. The location is excellent and strategic both in the centre of the city, close to all possible public transports, grocery stores and good fast food, and the city centre at the same time in a very quiet street, sound insulated and large rooms and felt very warm and cozy. Can't thank enough for the warm welcome and friendly attitude we received each day from the restaurant manager. The hotel is very child friendly and safe.

Lovely large bedroom. Bathroom facilities were excellent, lovely hot water, lovely shower. Good wardrobe space, very user friendly safe, one of easiest safe's we have ever had to use and an excellent size. Excellent choice of breakfast. Close to main square. Very efficient, well organised reception, taxi calling, helping with luggage. Evening meal at restaurant, both service and food were excellent. Very clean hotel and very helpful staff. Always on the ball. A hotel we can recommend for both service and location.

Good location The very old man on the front desk (who is available only at the late night hours) is rude & different from others, i think he was drunk because shouting & looks aggressive & terrible, my friends told me to avoid him & even not look at when pass through the lobby
